Is MyTeam11 legal in India?

MyTeam11 operates as a skill-based fantasy platform. Skill-based contests are treated differently from gambling under Indian law, but each state applies its own statute. Most states permit paid entry; a defined list excludes paid entry. Always check the state eligibility matrix before signing up.

Which states currently exclude paid fantasy entry?

Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka have historically excluded paid fantasy entry. Telangana's 2017 amendment and Andhra Pradesh's 2020 amendment apply. The Meghalaya, Mizoram and Goa position continues to evolve. See the state matrix for the current state.

How are MyTeam11 points settled?

Contests settle on ball-by-ball scoring. The captain's score is multiplied by 2, vice-captain by 1.5. Final points are published in the app scorecard. See how MyTeam11 works.

What is 194BA TDS and when does it apply?

Section 194BA, effective 1 April 2023, requires a 30% TDS on net winnings from online games above ₹10,000 in a financial year. The operator deducts at the time of withdrawal. Check your Form 26AS and PAN records.

Where is the official MyTeam11 app?

Android installs via the official APK route. iOS routes through the regional App Store. See app download guide for the installation steps and the permissions checklist.

How do I recover my MyTeam11 account?

Open the in-app forgot-password link. The flow is: enter the registered email, receive a reset link, set a new password. The reset link expires in 30 minutes. See login.

How is the daily race settled?

The daily race is a leaderboard settled at the end of each competition window. The prize pool is published at the operator level. The exact prize pool and the competition window are decided by the operator. The leaderboard snapshot is published in the homepage.

How do I withdraw my winnings?

Open the in-app withdrawal flow. The standard routes are UPI, IMPS, NEFT, and bank transfer. KYC is mandatory before the first withdrawal. See withdrawal.

What is the captain multiplier?

The captain's score is multiplied by 2, vice-captain by 1.5. The multiplier is the single largest lever in any fantasy contest. See fantasy cricket.

How do I set deposit limits?

Open the app's responsible-play settings. The limit is set by the player. Reducing the limit takes effect immediately. Increasing the limit takes effect after a 7-day cooling-off period. See responsible play.

What is the grievance timeline?

IT Rules 2021 Rule 4(2) requires acknowledgment within 15 days and resolution within 30 days. Outside 30 days, escalate to MeitY online gaming portal. See support.

How do I complain about an issue?

Open the in-app support ticket first. If the response is unsatisfactory, file a grievance with the operator's grievance officer. If the grievance is not resolved within 30 days, escalate to MeitY online gaming portal. See support.
